Clery Act — Campus Security Disclosure

In accordance with the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act, New York College of Health Professions reports campus crime statistics and security information to the appropriate government agencies.

The Advisory Committee on Campus Safety will provide, upon request, all campus crime statistics as reported to the United States Department of Education. Statistics are also available directly through the U.S. Department of Education's Campus Safety and Security database at ope.ed.gov/campussafety.

Campus Security Policies and Procedures are also published in the NYCHP Student Handbook and Catalog.

Annual Crime Statistics

The tables below report campus crime statistics for all required offense categories. All figures are reported as required under the Clery Act. Statistics are reported for the Syosset main campus and for outside property (classroom space at NYC sites).
