Our 72-credit Associate in Occupational Studies (AOS) degree program provides a well-rounded education in massage therapy. You’ll delve into European Swedish massage, Asian Bodywork, and various therapeutic modalities. The program, designed to be completed in 6 trimesters, offers flexibility for part-time students. Graduates are eligible for the New York State licensing exam and the Massage Board Licensing Examination (MBLEx). Plus, selected credits can be transferred to our BPS/MS Degree Program.

Our Massage Therapy Program goes beyond standard requirements, ensuring our graduates are fully prepared for both the New York State licensing exam and the national certification exam. To obtain a Massage Therapy license in New York, applicants must:
Initial fees include $108 to the New York State Education Department and $250 to the testing agency. A triennial registration fee of $50 is required thereafter. The New York State licensing examination is conducted biannually in January and August.
